Parent Movie Night: Screenagers: Elementary Edition

Parent Movie Night: Screenagers: Elementary Edition

December 10, 2024

Join us on December 10 from 6:30-8pm for a viewing and discussion of Screenagers: Elementary Age Edition.

A documentary that addresses the struggles that so many families and schools are navigating with their youngest children’s use of phones, computers, and watches. This new version of the original Screenagers movie addresses issues that elementary school-aged kids, parents, and educators are facing, i.e., smartwatches in class, unhooking from and monitoring video gaming, social media pressures, exposure to young, and what research shows is a healthy amount of screen time. With many solutions to these and other challenges.

This film and discussion will focus on empowering our community of parents and guardians to set healthy limits on technology use for young children so that their development will be on track emotionally, socially, and physically in the future.
